Return & Exchange Policy
We source for good quality lace fabrics and hope they meet your expectations, otherwise, you can return your purchase if you’re not satisfied with it. Return request must be made same day the fabric gets to you. It has to be in same condition as when received, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same packaging as when delivered to you.
All returns must be made within 3days, in exchange for another fabric, or credit voucher only (no refunds) for the exact product amount, upon its return and inspection.
Lace Fabrics that have been cut: fabrics less than 5yards are not eligible for returns.
